Water bath vaporizer Factory

Water-bath vaporizer is a device that vaporizes the low-temperature liquid gas into gaseous gas through heat exchange between hot water and low-temperature liquid gas. It is suitable for liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide, liquefied petroleum gas, liquefied natural gas, etc.
The water bath vaporizer uses the hot water in the shell pass to heat and vaporize the low-temperature gas immersed in the internal winding pipe, so that the outlet gas temperature meets the user's needs. The product can be divided into the following categories according to the heating method.
1. Electric heating water bath vaporizer (heater). This vaporizer uses high-efficiency electric heating elements to heat the water in the shell side, so as to achieve heat exchange with the low-temperature gas in the winding tube.
2. Steam-type water bath vaporizer (heater). It uses steam to heat and vaporize the low-temperature gas in the heat source tube to meet the needs of users.
3. Hot water circulating water bath vaporizer (heater). It directly uses the surplus hot water to heat and vaporize the low-temperature gas.

Features of water bath vaporizer products.
3.1. A special high-efficiency electric heater is used, and the general replacement cycle is more than 24 months.
3.2. The heat exchange tube is made of high-quality low-temperature special stainless steel tube, which is compact and durable.
3.3. Quiet work, no noise and vibration.
3.4. Manufactured according to oxygen standard and food grade standard.
3.5. Complete supporting parts, each set of vaporizer includes: body, electric heater (if necessary), control box, liquid level gauge, thermometer, water inlet valve, sewage valve, etc.


Optional configuration
1. The cylinder body is available in carbon steel and stainless steel.
2. Sound and light alarm for high and low temperature outlet air.
3. Install an emergency cut-off device.
4. Overall skid installation and design of the equipment.
5. Explosion-proof electric control box and explosion-proof electric heater can be used.
