What are the types of cryogenic liquid vaporizers

Date:2023-01-17
A cryogenic liquid vaporizer is a device that is used to convert cryogenic liquids, such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid argon, into a gaseous state. These liquids are stored and transported in their liquid state at extremely low temperatures, typically between -150 and -196 °C, and they must be vaporized before they can be used for various industrial and medical applications.
The vaporization process is typically done by passing the liquid through a heat exchanger, where it is heated by either electrical or steam heating elements, and the heat is transferred to the liquid, causing it to boil and turn into a gas.
There are several types of cryogenic liquid vaporizers, including:
Immersion vaporizers: These vaporizers are immersed in the liquid, and heat is transferred directly to the liquid through the walls of the vaporizer.
Forced circulation vaporizers: These vaporizers use a pump to circulate the liquid through a heat exchanger.
Ambient air vaporizers: These vaporizers use ambient air as a heat source, and the liquid is passed through a heat exchanger where it is heated by the air.
The type of vaporizer used will depend on the specific application, the amount of vaporization required and the conditions of the location of the use.
Cryogenic liquid vaporizers are essential for the safe and efficient handling of cryogenic liquids, and they are used in a wide range of industries, including medical, aerospace, and industrial gas production.

Vehicle-mounted liquid nitrogen pump skid(pump truck)

Our system (pump skid) is highly integrated, and each component is installed in a complete set: power system (fuel generator set), pump, vaporizer, control system, pipeline, fuel supply system
Our system adopts point monitoring and PLC control, which can realize the automatic operation of the system
Our system is easy to operate, only need to connect the inlet and outlet pipelines, connect the power supply or start the power system for on-site use.
Our system adopts a special design, which can adapt to outdoor operation and frequent road transportation. It is resistant to bumps, wind, and sand erosion, and has a strong independent working ability.
