Cryogenic liquid pump

Application: Used for L-CNG filling station pressurization and delivery of LNG, filling CNG long tube trailer
L-CNG pumps usually adopt piston reciprocating pump structure and packing reciprocating seal, and the flow rate is mainly realized through the combined design of the cold end and transmission box. Due to the existence of the piston force and the carrying capacity of the transmission mechanism, the flow rate of a single cold end (pump head) pump is limited. In order to increase the flow rate of the pump, multiple parallel rows of cold ends can be used to increase the flow rate of the pump. In order to reduce cold loss, double-layer high vacuum pump heads are usually used.

    3. Piston seal is made of special material, the life of the piston seal is as long as 4000h or more
    4. The outlet pressure pulse is small, and the motor load is stable
    5. The transmission box adopts a self-lubricating system, which runs smoothly, and is equipped with an oil temperature interlock device to monitor the temperature of the transmission box and interlock with the control to ensure the safety of the unit
