High Pressure L-CNG Pump (Double)

Cryogenic liquid pump

LCNG vehicle filling station is a vehicle filling station that converts low-pressure (0-0.8MPa) and low-temperature (-162°C-145°C) LNG into normal-temperature, high-pressure (20-25MPa) natural gas.
Its main equipment includes LNG storage tank (steel cylinder), LNG low-temperature high-pressure pump, high-pressure vaporizer, CNG gas storage (well, cylinder group), sequence control panel, gas vending machine, automatic control system, etc.
This process is to use the LNG low-temperature high-pressure pump to pressurize the LNG to 25.0MPa to complete the process of changing from low pressure to high pressure. The control of the LNG booster pump during the process and the overpressure stop of the booster pump, low-pressure start of the pump, and fluid metering during operation are all automatically completed by the console; the high-pressure forced vaporizer absorbs the heat in the air to heat the LNG to vaporize, making it into a High-pressure natural gas (CNG) completes the process of changing from low temperature to normal temperature, and then stores and sells gas through the sequential control panel.

  • Advantage:
This process does not use natural gas compressors, only low-power high-pressure cryogenic pumps, and no cooling water, which greatly reduces noise pollution and saves a lot of electric energy.
