Cryogenic centrifugal pump

This pump is suitable for the transportation of LOX, LIN, and LAR, and can be used in air separation systems, air separation backup systems, and process flow systems. It adopts a two-stage labyrinth seal. The sealing gas can be nitrogen or clean and dry instrument gas, which is economical.

This pump adopts a precise double-sealing gas pressure regulating system to ensure the accuracy and stability of the sealing gas pressure. It eliminates the pollution of the pumped medium and ensures the purity of the product.

This pump is designed for continuous operation for 8,000 hours, which is suitable for the continuous operation requirements of large-scale air separation.

    Feature:

    The pump shaft is directly connected to the motor shaft, with a compact and simple structure.

    It adopts labyrinth seal and has a continuous running time of more than 8,000 hours.

    The volute, inducer, suction chamber and impeller are made of bronze alloy with good low-temperature performance, and the main shaft is made of alloy steel.

    An inducer is provided to make the liquid produce a certain pre-swirl before entering the impeller to prevent pump cavitation.
